Sponsor Spot Terms of Use

Effective Date: April 13, 2025

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sponsor Spot™ platform, operated by Alliant Marketing (“we,” “our,” “us”). By creating an account, submitting artwork, or purchasing sponsorship space, you (“Sponsor,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Creation & Access

To use the platform, you must:

  • Provide accurate contact and billing information.
  • Create a secure login (username and password).
  • Be authorized to represent the business you’re sponsoring on behalf of.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Sponsorship Selection

  • You may choose from available ad placements (e.g., front, sleeve, back) on participating business uniforms.
  • Each ad slot includes a clear description of term length, pricing, and visibility scope.
  • Once confirmed and paid, sponsorships are non-transferable.

3. Artwork Submission

  • Logos or ad artwork must be submitted in high-resolution format (e.g., AI, EPS, PNG, SVG, or PDF).
  • All artwork is subject to review. We and/or the business owner may reject designs deemed inappropriate, low-quality, or conflicting with house policies.
  • You represent that you own the rights to all artwork submitted or have obtained proper permission.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of sponsorship checkout.
  • Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards and other options as listed on the portal.
  • A confirmation email with a sponsorship summary and digital receipt will be sent upon purchase.
  • All sales are final unless otherwise specified in a written refund agreement.

5. Usage Rights

  • By submitting your logo or brand materials, you grant Alliant Marketing and the participating business a limited, non-exclusive license to use your artwork on uniforms and promotional materials related to the sponsorship term.
  • This includes photos of uniforms for marketing, social media, and digital portfolios unless you opt out in writing.

6. Platform Rules

By using the Sponsor Spot portal, you agree not to:

  • Upload or submit any offensive, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to manipulate ad slots outside of the provided tools.
  • Share your account with others or impersonate another user.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove access at any time if these terms are violated.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Sponsor Spot and Alliant Marketing are not responsible for:
  • The effectiveness of the advertisement or resulting business outcomes.
  • Errors caused by inaccurate sponsor submissions or late artwork.
  • Uniform wear, visibility, or frequency of use by participating staff.
  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the sponsorship amount paid.

8. Data & Privacy

We collect and store information necessary to manage your account and fulfill sponsorship placements. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without consent, except as required to deliver services or comply with law.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Active sponsorships will continue until the end of their term unless otherwise canceled in accordance with any applicable cancellation policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
