Co-Marketing Agreement

This Co-Marketing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on [Date], by and between:

1. Purpose

This Agreement sets forth the terms of a joint marketing collaboration between Client and Sponsor to promote Sponsor’s business in conjunction with the sponsorship of staff uniforms and other approved media.

2. Scope of Co-Marketing Activities

The parties agree to participate in the following co-branded efforts (check all that apply or list specifics):

3. Responsibilities

4. Term

5. Branding & Usage Rights
