Artwork Release Form
This Artwork Release Form (“Release”) is entered into by and between:
Sponsor: [Sponsor Business Name], located at [Sponsor Address] (“Sponsor”) and Alliant Marketing, and its participating client(s) listed in the associated Sponsorship Agreement (“Recipient Parties”)
1. Grant of Permission
Sponsor hereby grants Recipient Parties a non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited-use license to use the Sponsor’s name, logo, and submitted artwork (“Licensed Materials”) for the purpose of:
- Printing the Licensed Materials on staff uniforms or apparel.
- Promoting the sponsorship through social media, print, and digital content.
- Displaying the logo in mockups, promotional photos, videos, and Sponsor Spot platform listings.
2. Ownership
Sponsor retains full ownership of all submitted Licensed Materials.
This release does not transfer ownership, trademarks, or copyrights to Recipient Parties.
3. Approved Use
Use of the Licensed Materials is limited to:
- The specific sponsorship term agreed upon.
- Approved placements on apparel.
- Marketing related directly to the sponsorship (e.g., announcing a new sponsor, showing off the printed uniforms).
4. Term
This release shall remain in effect for the duration of the sponsorship term, unless otherwise terminated in writing.
Recipient Parties may retain and continue to use photos/videos taken during the sponsorship term for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless the Sponsor provides written notice requesting otherwise.
5. Warranty
Sponsor warrants that:
- They own the submitted Licensed Materials or have obtained proper authorization to use and license them.
- The Licensed Materials do not infringe upon any third-party rights.
6. Indemnification
Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alliant Marketing and its clients from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from the use of the Licensed Materials as outlined in this agreement.
