Sponsorship Agreement

This Sponsorship Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on [Date] between:

1. Sponsorship Overview

Sponsor agrees to purchase ad placement on Client’s staff uniforms for the purpose of promoting their business.

2. Sponsorship Details

  • Ad Placement: [e.g., Front Chest / Sleeve / Back of Jersey]
  • Sponsorship Term: [Start Date] to [End Date]
  • Total Cost: $[Amount] (due at signing or as otherwise specified)

3. Artwork & Approval

Sponsor will provide high-resolution artwork in an acceptable format (AI, EPS, or high-res PNG).
Client and/or Alliant Marketing reserve the right to reject artwork deemed inappropriate, low quality, or off-brand.

4. Printing & Visibility

Client agrees to wear uniforms featuring the Sponsor’s logo during regular business operations.
Sponsor understands visibility will vary depending on staffing, uniform wear frequency, and apparel condition.

5. Use of Sponsor Logo

Sponsor grants permission for their logo to be used on uniforms and related promotional materials (photos, social media, web). Additional approval will be requested for any co-marketing efforts outside the scope of this agreement.

6. Payment

Sponsor agrees to pay in full by [Due Date]. Late payments may delay uniform production and term start.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. If terminated early, Sponsor may be eligible for a pro-rated refund at Client’s discretion (excluding production costs).

8. Indemnification

Each party agrees to hold the other harmless from any claims, losses, or damages related to this sponsorship, excluding gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
